<Yesterday    Tomorrow>

Today God says:
 "I have adopted you into My family".

He promises me:
  "For you have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but you have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, 'Abba, Father". (Rom. 8:15)

My response to the word:
  God has adopted my into His family, and now I am His child. The Bible says, "But as many as received Him, to them He gave the power to become the sons of God, even to those who believe on His name". I believe on the name of Jesus Christ, and I have received Him into my life. God has empowered me to be His child, and this fact makes me want to cry out, "Abba, Father".

My prayer:
  Lord, it is such a privilege for me to be your child. Thank you for your loving Fatherhood in my life.

Today's scriptures:
 "However, He gave the right to become God's children to everyone who believed in Him". (John 1:12 GW) "God sent Him to pay for the freedom of those who were controlled by these laws so that we would be adopted as His children". (Gal. 4:5 GW) "Because of His love He had already decided to adopt us through Jesus Christ". (Eph. 1:5 GW)

Quote for today:
There is nothing that Jesus has ever done for any of His disciples that He will not do for any other of His disciples. (A W Tozer)
