<Yesterday    Tomorrow>

Today God says:
 "The Word is near you; it is even in your mouth and in your heart".

He promises me:
  "The Word is near you, even in your mouth and in your heart: that is the word of faith, which we preach". (Rom. 10:8)

My response to the word:
  The Word of God is always near me; I have hid it in my heart in order to avoid sin. I will keep it in my mouth. I will speak its faith-filled principles and promises to my own heart, and this will build faith within me to appropriate His promises. I will speak the Word to the enemy, and he will flee. I will speak the Word to others, and they will be encouraged. I will walk in the light of God's Word today.

My prayer:
  Thank you, Father, for your Word which is in my mouth and in my heart. I will memorize it, meditate upon it, pray it, believe it, obey it, and live it throughout this day.

Today's scriptures:
 "I have treasured your promise in my heart so that I may not sin against you". (Ps. 119:11 GW) "Scripture says, 'A person cannot live on bread alone, but on every Word of God". (Luke 4:4 GW) "So faith comes from hearing the message, and the message that is heard is what Christ spoke". (Rom. 10:17 GW)

Quote for today:
Each one of us is different, unique, so that we can function in our roles. (Florence Littauer)

On this day:
