<Yesterday    Tomorrow>

Today God says:
 "I daily load you with benefits".

He promises me:
  "Blessed be the Lord, who daily loads us with benefits, even the God of our salvation". (Ps. 68:19)

My response to the word:
  My heart swells with thanksgiving when I realize the truth that God literally loads me with benefits each day. Throughout this day I will strive to be like the Psalmist, who said, "Bless the Lord, O my soul; and all that is within me, bless His holy name. Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits".

My prayer:
  Lord, I do bless you for all the good things you've given me. You have forgiven all my sins, healed my diseases, and redeemed my life from destruction. Praise your holy name!

Today's scriptures:
 "He is the One who forgives all your sins, the One who heals all your diseases, the One who rescues your life from the pit, the One who crowns you with mercy and compassion". (Ps. 103:3,4 GW) "How can I repay the Lord for all the good that He has done for me?". (Ps. 116:12 GW) "A godly life brings huge profits to people who are content with what they have". (1 Tim. 6:6 GW)

Quote for today:
If Jesus Christ be God and died for me, then no sacrifice can be too great for me to make for Him. (C T Studd)

On this day:
23rd November is the day dedicated to St. Clement, one of the first generation of Christians after the apostles. He became a leader of the Church in Rome and wrote an Epistle to the Corinthian church. The church of St. Clement Danes in London is dedicated to him, and he is patron of Trinity House in London, the body responsible for lighthouses and lightships in and around Britain.
