<Yesterday    Tomorrow>

Today God says:
 "I will show you the path of life".

He promises me:
  "You will show me the path of life: in your presence is fullness of joy; at your right hand there are pleasures for evermore". (Ps. 16:11)

My response to the word:
  Through His Word, God has shown me the path of life. I will walk in His paths throughout this day. As I do so, even now, I am experiencing the fullness of joy that He promises to me, and I know I will be able to enjoy His pleasures for evermore. My heart is filled with thanksgiving as I meditate upon these wonderful truths.

My prayer:
  Father in heaven, thank you for revealing the path of life to me. "Your Word is a lamp to my feet, and a light on my path". I will walk in the light of your Word throughout this day.

Today's scriptures:
 "But I came so that my sheep will have life and so that they will have everything they need". (John 10:10 GW) "You have died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God". (Col. 3:3 GW) "From Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus by God's will - a will that contains Christ Jesus' promise of life". (2 Tim. 1:1 GW)

Quote for today:
Eternal life does not begin with death; it begins with faith. (Samuel Shoemaker)
